CARDIOPULMONARY RESISTANCE IN OBESE INDIVIDUALS DURING DIFFERENT AEROBIC EXERCISES

چکیده
ABSTRACT Introduction: Obesity is a major cause of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes. Recent studies have reported that combined aerobic anaerobic exercise effects are more effective for fat reduction. However, different reduction mechanisms. Comparing the intervention combinations these exercises could provide an experimental basis establishing optimal protocol weight loss. Objective: To study effect intensities on cardiorespiratory endurance in obese patients its impact Methods: 18 female college students (BMI≥25) were randomly divided into two groups with proportions exercise. Bioimpedance data BMI collected analysis. SPSS 25.0 software was used statistics, mean standard deviation expressed each index. Significance level at p<0.05 highly significant set P<0.01. Results: The weight, BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, body content methods positively changed before after experiment. This change had very difference. Conclusion: There no statistical difference interventions six weeks. Aerobic can effectively improve cardiopulmonary function, benefits directly proportional to period practiced. Evidence Level II; Therapeutic Studies – Investigating results.

Biomechanical loads during common rehabilitation exercises in obese individuals.
BACKGROUND Squats and lunges are commonly prescribed rehabilitation exercises used to improve performance across a wide spectrum of patient populations. However, biomechanical studies have mainly examined young, normal weight populations performing these exercises at a difficulty level potentially too challenging for obese individuals. Understanding how obesity and different levels of difficult...
متن کاملDo Biomechanical Loads Increase during Common Rehabilitation Exercises in Obese Individuals?
Squat and lunge are classic exercises that have become an integral part of lower-extremity strengthening and postoperative rehabilitation programs [1]. Despite their widespread use across age and BMI spectrums, very few studies have looked at the biomechanics of these exercises. Of existing studies, most have focused on younger, normal weight, populations. The influence of obesity on the perfor...
متن کاملBiomarkers of endothelial function and insulin resistance response to aerobic exercise versus resisted exercises in obese type 2 diabetic patients
Background: The risk of endothelial dysfunction and insulin resistance is higher in type 2 diabetes mellitus which could be modulated with exercise training. However, to our knowledge, there is no clinical studies have addressed which exercise specific type is superior in modulating biomarkers of endothelial dysfunction and insulin resistance for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Objective: This...

Effects of resistance exercise on cardiopulmonary factors in sedentary individuals
[Purpose] This study investigated the effects of resistance exercise on cardiopulmonary functions in young sedentary subjects. [Subjects] Forty-two young and healthy subjects with a sedentary lifestyle were included in this study. [Methods] The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups: control and experimental. The control group (n=21) received health education and continued with normal act...
